Woocommerce plugin removed thumbnails and items not appearing unless re-saved

I Just activated the WooCommerce plugin on my site and all the products that were imported previously now have no product thumbnail image.
Do I have to add a new product image for all items?

Also no items appear in any category unless I open it to edit and click update.

Are these known issues? Is it expected that we would delete all our items and re-import them?

Actually, nevermind. Of course these will need to be re-imported. The fields are all different.

Imported as in manual import or used the non woo together with woo?

We originally imported them all with non-woo. It makes sense that these items won't be compatible. We're still in the setup stage but had 100 items in the store. We'll have to re-import and clean up the listings again.

Yeah that's a pain. I created a new subdomain with a new installation to import stuff and switch the domain name afterwards, less confusing.
