Women's Sport

You may not trawl the guardian sport pages for stories so I wanted to share this article that was published yesterday, www.theguardian.com/sport/2020/dec/11/transgender-athletes-sports-medicine-study-research?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Other
Apologies if there is already a thread but I couldn't see one. The article talks about research showing the strength advantage men have over women in sport, particularly sports requiring upper body strength. Research showed that testosterone blockers only limit advantage by 5%, whereas male advantage can be as much as 50%. The researchers call for further consideration on letting people born male competing in women's sport. I hope that this is taken forward.

Well, there's logical biological reasoning behind the concept that men have a strength advantage over women in sport. We all know that males are born with longer and larger bones, and in most cases, males are stronger than females. However, the physiological characteristics are sometimes overstated. I, for instance, have three siblings and have always been the strongest amongst all of us. It is very individual, but it also depends on how much one works out. Regarding working out, here's a nice website https://www.smrtft.com from where you can get some really cool and affordable dumbbells.

I'm not sure if you could make some decent amounts here. I have tried many different tactics before realizing that the only way is to rely on luck more than existing online business schemes. Dropshipping is ok, but it's that busy that it's impossible, to be honest, to be as profitable as one would like to.

As for me, sports betting is a great dose of adrenaline and an opportunity to earn money. A month ago, I was skeptical about eSports betting until I signed up at https://wewatch.gg/. This bookmaker just made me fall in love with esports betting and now I love it. Also, I'm good at making predictions. I can help you learn how to do this too.

Some experts are sure that this is due to physiology. So, men have more muscle fibers, which help to move faster over short distances (sprint). In women, another type of fiber prevails, making them more resistant to fatigue. Other experts believe that women burn fat better while running and they have reserves of the right carbohydrates. In addition, it has been proven that athletes are more likely to move at the same stable pace during the competition. Psychologists have noted that women tolerate pain and fatigue better and can focus on the process rather than the result. If this is yoga, a woman can easily not wear special yoga socks and feel fine.
