which ioncube and zend loader required?

Hi,

plugin woocommerce seems not working in my server, it said I must latest version of zend loader, but I think I have already latest one no? Here is my phpinfo:

contact your host support and tell them to reactivate loader you use on that domain
cause in your php info everything is good I have the same options activated...
