We are sorry, we were unable to successfully process this transaction. I am having this error guys, please Help.

With the details you've given (haven't given), it's impossible to say. I had the same problem before and had to contact support. Both Paypal and Stripe were affected. They said there were "gaps" or "spaces" in my secret keys and they just re-entered all the info in the payments setup area of the plugin. Try that. If that doesn't work ... contact support.
