Upload Images to Your Server - Not working

I'm trying to enable SSL sitewide and want to have all the images uploaded to the server. I enabled the setting in "General" settings and clicked save. Then I refreshed the page and clicked "Apply to all products".

A loading bar appeared and said 1%. I left the window open in my PC all night. It's still on 1%.
