Update only Stock Items

Hi, is possible to update only "In Stock items" instead of all product details? I need to customize all product details and price manually and I need to update only it... i can't update products due to this problem...
it's the main reason why I've brought this plugin instead other...

The main problem is the "regular price", is possible to skip this field? In this way, i can put a highter price to show higher discount applied...
