tracking number question

Hello,, I had my first order in my site, however I get a question about the tracking order.

The client, bought 2 products, and I already have a tracking order for 1 product in aliexpress.

However, when I click "Get Tracking" in order details, nothing happens.

Any idea?

Also, the email will be only sent when the 2 items tracking id orders are available right?

Please check whether your product has an order ID from AliExpress - if not, please add it manually and then click Get tracking ID again.
