Why "not"? ... If it was making good money. That's "Why not". Why sell a site making good money?
So my question still stands unanswered. "WHY" is he selling it?
If he refuses to answer, we just have to presume the obvious reason. i.e It's NOT making any money.

I wasn't satisfied from the profits so decided to sell it and create another one.
Itried fb ads and adwords and I couldnt make it more profitable.
