Should I only import products that only ship using ePacket?

I heard that I should only import products that ship using ePacket.
Does ePacket have a faster and more affordable shipping method than shipping without ePacket?

Is dependenting where you shipping your products, some country with epacket need longer shipping time and is expensive, so is better you make first some research where you have plan to sell your products and then you choose your shipping company.
