I need an urgent support on my plugin for updates, as I keep updating it but its not working.

I presume you mean the Alidropship plugin, right?

Have you tried deactivating/deleting it, then manually downloading the latest version, then re-uploading/activating it?

They don't work weekends. You'll have to wait till tomorrow. What version of PHP is your host set to? Whatever it is, download the corresponding plugin from the link above.

If you have no idea ... download all 3 php plugin versions and try them all by following the instructions above. One of them has to work.

If you don't want to at least try that ... you'll have to wait. And you'd be better off writing to support at support@alidropship.com and give them admin access (username, password and wp-admin URL) and let them do it for you.

as fas as I can see you use AliDropship plugin for PHP 5.6/7.0, which is not supported anymore. You need to follow this guide: https://help.alidropship.com/settings/alidropship-pluginadd-ons-php-5670-support-termination
