I am new to drop shipping and trying to understand pricing. I can see that supplier increase price on an item and delivery cost which is more than my selling price on my store. Has this ever occur to you and how did you manage it please? Does plugin automatically update my selling price? Is this not supposed to be at all.

It is supported. You find auto product update in the settings and activate it.
