Price reset back to original aliexpress price after product update

Hi,

I need help on this.
- I imported 1 product with variations.
- I manually set all the regular price and sales price. Example. Regular price 45, sale price 35
- But after product update, the price revert back to original aliexpress price
- I go to update tab, set the price update automatically to DO nothing. but seem cannot set to DO NOTHING. The value still update automatically.

How to avoid my price keep revert back after product update automatically?

Hello, jk23!

Please check Update settings in the Product Options too. They should be the same.
Also you can disable automatical update there and do it manually for the product if you want.

If I go to Products -> Edit -> Update -> Set Price Do nothing. The value keeps turn back to update automatically after I set to do nothing. Meaning not able to set on the product level

If I go to Alidropship woo -> Aliexpress -> Updates -> Price changes -> Do nothing, then this applies to all.

1) The question is this normal behavior if set automatically updates price will overwrite back to default cost price from aliexpress?
2) If I turn off automatic price update, then if the price changes, then the price I set might impact to my selling price.

Kindly help advice on above.

1) That's how the plugin works. Uncheck 'Update Product' in Supplier section, then the price won't be changed.
2) According to the 1 paragraph, you shouldn't turn off automatic update.

According to the 1 paragraph, you shouldn't turn off automatic update. --> If I do not turn off the automatic update for the price, then every single day, the manual price I set will automatically reset back to cost price from aliexpress? My product price will always become aliexpress buying price.? how it help on my case?

Uncheck 'Update Product' in Supplier section and the price won't be updated.

Did you check your pricing formulas to make sure that you have them enabled/set up? If you don't tell the plug-in what you want to set your pricing to then it will not adjust your pricing by the formula and will default back to the cost at Aliexpress.
