Would using software like traffic deamon be advantageous to getting your site higher your page ranking. Or would it be bad for it.

Honestly,... I don't think this will help whatsoever. You want LEGIT real people traffic, in my opinion, this will only bring bots and other not wanted traffic.

I understand that, I was thinking would it help the Alexa rank, and Google page rank, I assume if these are high enough you can get more organic visits from people.
