Order placed NOT automatically changed to 'Processed'

Who can help ?

After I placed order on AliExpress the status of the order NOT automatically changed to 'Processed' in order menu. What happened ?
I already set up the fulfillment setting for the placed order as "automatic"

It happened at my end many times. I change it to Processing manually. It don't bother me a bit.

Hello,

The status changes automatically only if the order number has been attached automatically as well.
It may happen that the order ID is not collected from AliExpress (it sometimes happens due to the AliExpress server not reverting the requested information or lost connection between the website and AliExpress).
In that case, please use the 'Edit order and tracking ID' link to add the order ID from AliExpress manually > http://prntscr.com/nobzfg then change the status manually as well.
