Hi, are there only 3 themes we can use with alidropship plugin?

There are four themes compatile with AliDropship original plugin. DaVinci, Michelangelo and Rembrandt (please check this link to learn the details). Also, please feel free to take part in beta testing the brand new theme Raphael.

If you use AliDropship Woo plugin + WooCommerce, you can intall any standard Woo theme. You might want to check the list of recommended (and tested!) Woo themes.

Also, when I switch themes will I have to reload all my plugins and logos ? What else will I have to reload or configure?

Every theme is different. Every time you change, design of the website change, but plugins, logos and everything is in place.
