No email for abandoned Cart

Hi, I have done all the settings like
Emailing services ( All my email is working too and fro for products )
Email templates for timely email notifications for the abondoned cart.

Still, I Find that emails are not getting delivered for abandoned delivery.

Please assist for the same.
