Missing options in Wordpess editor-Davinci

We are not getting other options in the editor, it used to be there earlier but from many days its not visible.
ven tried clicking on the ToggleToolbar option but nothing shows up.
Also how to add to add alt text for the images that are via link that are not uploaded on server, we need it for seo.
Pls suggest/help.

Do you have Single product page add-on installed? Please deactivate it. The bugs will be fixed in the nearest future.

Yes we do have single product promo page plugin. But if we deactivate it then we won't be able to use features of single page promo, is there any future updates comming up where this is going to be fixed where we could use single promo page plugin without loosing wordpress editor options ?
