Try "Searching"
1. Type "Translate" into Plugins>AddNew search box and take your pick. Google Translate is popular.
2. Type "Translate" into this forum's search above and see the countless threads on this already posted.
*Note: you did not state which Alidropship plugin you're using or what theme you are using. Please state basic info like that in future posts.
If it's the Original ... forget it unless you are prepared to create a child theme and edit theme files.
But I get the feeling you would not be capable of that. (Based on your inability to do simple searches and provide basic info)
