hello i want download file of backup,how to do it?

1-Go to your Cpanel and Compress (zip) all the directory of your website and download the backup.
2-Go to PhpMyAdmin and Export the database.

(some webhosts provide automatic backup service, check if you have it)

If your host don't offer free backup and restore, I suggest you install UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore plugin. You can setup auto backup everyday and you always have the latest version of your site without thinking about it. Restore is straight forward, saved me a number of times.
