(HELP) what to do next after custom store is ready

I ordered custom store and it is already finished,
need help with what should I do to advertise and where.
From the info I gathered it tells me it is good to start with Instagram influencer to promote my products and store. However it is hard to find a trustworthy account with high engagement rate.
I also need more traffic to my store. Right now I'm very tight on budget, any advice?
