What version of plugin do you have?

Both are encryption techniques. Most host will support both but some don't. Simple thing (well depending on your host) is to send them a quick message asking if they support them.

Ok they support all 2... But i tried to install the update... and its not ok. Message can not installl... How must i do it for install the update clean ?

If you try to upload an update, wordpress will give you an error as it already sees it installed and a folder already created so you can either do an update through the plugin tab or if needed you can uninstall old plugin and install new plugin. All data and setting will be retained but backup as a precaution.
