Having a company or not

Hi.
I live in Serbia. I want to do dropshipping business, but here in Serbia is hard to find someone who have dropshipping business and lawyers with who I spoke with dont know about law about dropshipping... so...
I am here to ask a question:
Do I need to start a company or I can work as individual in dropshipping business?
I want to target world wide so I dont want to have problems with some countries if I am as individual in dropshipping business.
Can please someone help me to solve this piece of puzzle?

You can start dropshipping business without company formed but you as I am limited to few payment gateways. You can easily form LLC in the USA but it's also a quite big step and you will need to pay some taxes, the USA is known to have most complex tax system int he world. I'm sure that here has somebody that is formed LLC so maybe has more knowledge about this.
