Google ad showing on the tracking search results page?

I wondered why there would be a Google image ad been shown on the tracking search results page, especially since I do not have a google adsense account.
So anyone clicking on that ad would generate click-track revenue for the adsense account owner.

Is there anywhere I could either remove that Google ad code or at least replace it with another code from a different CPA provider?

This is how 17track service works, you can't remove that.
