Some process in theme are generating link. My IT guys cannot find from where is. Any suggestions??

What theme?
What link? That edited one above?
Where does the link appear?
Does it appear after clicking something? If so, what?
Or does it just appear on its own?
Did your "IT guys" right click the link and "Inspect" it in Chrome Console to get details?
