Gateway Timeout! Shop not available because of PRODUCT RESET

i reset 3 products the same time. During this time the shop is loading really slow

at the end i got this error

Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

Additionally, a 504 Gateway Timeout error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


is this normal on PRODUCT RESET?

is there a special Server setting we need to take care of?
