Engaño o Realidad / Deception or Reality

Be careful, I found a detail in a publication and wrote asking for clarification, they have not published it, they deleted it, and this is worrying, will this be a real business or a gold mine for alidroship?

They sent me an email about Tony, a Mexican who, according to the email, would earn $ 42,000 a month, and reviewing the interview I realized this:

Diana, I would like (and I think many of the forum), would you clarify why an email comes to me telling Tony's story, and in the header of the email it says "Interview with Tony from Mexico: do you earn more than $ 42,000 a month? with dropshipping ?! ".

Since if Tony earns more than $ 42,000 a month, in 12 months it is $ 504,000 and from what he mentions in a part of the interview, what are the legal requirements for dropshipping in Mexico? He answers the following: In economic terms, Mexico as an emerging market supports entrepreneurs and wants us to start businesses. So legally, we get support for small businesses. If your business earns less than $ 100,000 per year, you can report it as personal taxes.

Therefore, there is no need for me to register my business at this time. But when I exceed that annual amount, I will be able to register my business as a partnership.

Who is wrong? The mail or Tony is deceiving the state? and he doesn't pay taxes?
