Changing tracking info check provider not working

As title indicates, I wanted to change from 17track to Cainiao but it still keeps on using 17track...

The issue isn't produced on my end.
Could you explain the issue in more detail or provide us with the screenshot?

Well from my point of view I can choose 17track or Cainiao (there is a 3rd option but never mind it) and as I understand if I choose one of them to be used then when customer goes to a tracking page and puts his tracking number he will see response from either 17track or Cainiao depending on what I chose to use? Or am I wrong?

The one limitation is that on your website tracking page, 17track is the default and you can't change it as per docs.
