Can you issue a partial refund?

Hello,
I was wondering if it was possible to do a partial refund on orders in the alidropship plugin? For example if someone orders 3 items and wants to return 1 item, is there a way to only return the 1 item so your sales report remain accurate. (I understand that you have put in a dispute in aliexpress and return the money via paypal to do the actual return but this doesn't show on the reports)


I'm new to this so any help would be great .

Yes. According to the Alidropship Docs. But I've only done full refunds so far.

You issue refunds or partial refunds to your customer via your Paypal account or credit card gateway account (e.g Stripe) ... whichever one your customer used.

The Original or Woo? I have a feeling you can't refund via the Original. It's been a while since I used it. And the docs page I quoted above says nothing about using the Original plugin to process refunds. Look at the actual order. If the function exists, that's where it would be.

However, you definitely can with the Woocommerce plugin.

Thanks for the info. I have the original plugin. It seems like I can only refund the whole order and not just one item.

Just do it manually via Paypal or whatever.
