There is a way to manually add/edit Size Guide for a product?
I don't know how this is stored, I can't find it in product variations.

Personal my opinion if is just for one product do that. .. Use the excel for creating the size Guide and then screenshot it, now you can place the photo in the short description of the product , this way is going to be display next to the product image.
