I set this up at the start and it worked up until recently I started getting an error as shown below.

I also tried resetting it and doing it again, but I can't get the screen to select the Web property after putting the Analytics code in, it just disappears again.

Hello Dave,
First, please make sure you're using the latest version of AliDropship Plugin:
https://alidropship.com/updates-plugin/

Then try to reset the reports and set it up again. If it wouldn't work, please send a ticket to support@alidropship.com with your WP admin credentials and the details of your query.
