Alternative Payment gateway for PayPal and Stripe

I’m from Srilanka and planning to start a dropship site but my only barrier is payment gateway. Because in Srilanka we can’t withdraw money from PayPal, same for Stripe also. What would be the alternate and best payment gateway for Countries like Srilanka?
