Alidropship Woo keeps asking for License key

Hello there !

I bought the Ultimate package of Alidropship in 2017 and let the project down for a while cause I wasn't satisfied of the result.

I am now starting all over and learning at the same time. I've done a fresh install of Wordpress with Woocommerce and Alidropship Woo plugin.

The problem is that it keeps asking me the license key even if I try to go in the "Import products".

I would like to have a "mentor" by teaching me how to build the whole site if possible too. I'm trying to learn everything so I can manage the whole process after by myself.

If anyone could help me, it would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Hello, jeremylaner!

The most common reason why your license key cannot be activated is domain name discrepancy. It can take place after SSL certificate has been installed on your website. Go to Dashboard => Settings => General to make sure your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are the same as your domain name. Change 'http' to 'https' in these fields if your domain name contains https.
Then, check your permalinks as well.

I am having this same problem - mine WP and Site Address are both the same. I also checked my permalink and it is configured correctly

I have PHP version 7.2 and have installed the latest version of the plugin that supports PHP 7.2

Please help!!!!
