Alidropship Plugin not getting activated

Today i bough a new licence for another website. installed plugin and theme. activated plugin twice or thrice, with successful activation message but it is still showing me this page. its not letting me edit anything, i cant add products or product categories, cant customize the site. everything i click leads to this page.

Below is the most common cause of this problem. Check Admin>Setting>General, make sure the two fields are the same.

They are same. i even tried to remove the plugin and da vinci theme. re installed everything all over again. but i am still stuck there. it asks to activate the plugin, which i do and it gives the message that plugin is activated but nothing changes.
