Alidropship integration

I Contacted the support with no results. my issue is as follow:
if i click on the left menu of alidrop in wordpress, I'm always getting the license key number and nothing else (see attachment
I'm using this template https://themeforest.net/item/electro-electronics-store-woocommerce-theme/15720624?s_rank=7 for our website.
ANY SOLUTION?
the woocommerce that i purchased on codecanyon is working smoothly with any theme but is limited on term of crm
