One small detail that I believe may help get more sales is the ability for shoppers to add an item to their cart from the related items displayed at the bottom of a product listing.
Currently, users have to click on the thumbnail to go to the product's page and then add the item to their cart, instead of being able to do it directly from the related products section. See below for example. I would imagine it converts fairly well, but you guys are the experts!
