Add TAG to products

It would really be nice if we could add tags to products that way, on a product category page we could have a widget or similar, that could filter all the products by popular tags / product type.

You haven't mentioned which plugin, Original or Woo, but you can with Woocommerce. I can't remember if the Original had it. If that's what you have, edit a product and double check.
