add a product to most trending product

hi all, can someone share with me the process on how to add a product to the most trending category,

These categories will put the top products based on the requirements of each category. The Trending tab for Rubens theme will generate top ordered products.

You can alter the order numbers in Product edit ➡ Product options ➡ General ➡ Orders
