Even in the aliexpress you must first add the country for you see the shipping for that country ... I don't really understand why you complicating easy task.. Lest say you are dropshipping to specific country then sure you know the average shipping cost ... So just add it in your pricing...

Also do you use mailchimp for woocomerce pop up sign up ? Is the most common issue in alidropship woo theme !!

Deactivate all of your plugins expect woocomerce and alidropship and check again .. if the issue is fix then is a conflict with other plugin.. then activate one by one the plugins until you find what cost the issue ..

Everything is possible.. But you must modify the php file of your da Vinci woo theme .. Is custom developed work that is not recommend for beginners for even try !!! Why didn’t get a paid theme that allow you to do all of that from the front end ? The free theme are limited for this reason...
