I think these 2 errors have nothing to do with SR. I get them as well at times. The first one happens when it tries to like the most popular post of an account that has no posts, The second is when it tries to access an account that is set to "private"

Sometimes it can be caused by the speed of your internet connection or host. Try this: edit the pic, go make a cup of coffee, and when you come back see if the pic has changed. Only then hit the update button :) Dunno if this will work for you, but sometimes I have to do that.
