I think its for shipping details. Do you mean, our buyers should not fill again their name, address, phone number, etc.. because they have had that information on PayPal? How about if they do not up-to-date their information on PayPal?

Logically if you can import to our store but we can't, then the problem is not at plugin. Maybe a virus from Aliexpress that has stayed in our computer?

@Yaros , update plugin don't fix the issue.

@Yaros I have uninstalled chrome & extension, then reinstall them again. At first using, i successed import only 2 products. After that, i failed again. Same issue.. There is no error reports. It just still loading and never stop, or it stop loading but nothing in import list.

Yeah i usually use Opera browser, and i like it. Work more smooth.. I found this idea on this forum too when many peoples got problems with alisropship extension when using chrome browser several months ago.

Yeah @Yaros please help me to check and fix it. I still don't know why you can easily import, but i (we) can't. I have tried import using Chrome and Opera browser but still get same result

I am using Aliplugin Davinci theme too.. You can try it: - first add your "variation" - then go to "inventory" to add quantity, price original, and sale price

I think you should be patience and let them fix it. Have you sent email to support@alidropship.com? I believe they will work for it.

Hahahhaa.. but how about import products from aliexpress? and place order at aliexpress using credit card? Do you give them authority to do that jobs too?
