Yeah, agreed. I used to be so obsessed with page likes and followers. But I found out that even with 1mil likes, if your product is bad, it's not gonna sell. So I'm now focusing on the product research and ads creatives
I just realized this problem when I imported and edited a product today. The problem went like this:
- Imported a product to my store

- Found out that the variations from Aliexpress were messed up. 90% of the variations from Aliexpress didn't...
If you use Paypal for your payment method, here's some base knowledge and they maybe your issues too:
- You can't use the same Paypal account to pay for a test order
- You didn't set up Paypal settings as said here (if you use Classic Method)...
True
I tried with your method, and it's actually not available for me :( I use Payoneer's US bank account and Stripe went 1 step ahead and didn't accept the bank!
It's okay, I can go with Paypal, their service is good for me!
I’m still testing the card function. Asking my friends to do a test but some turned out to be a fail test. I’m still looking into this though
And Stripe is not supported in my country, I tried that!
It's pretty good too. But in Original Version, there's a separate section to automatically send emails to customers when they purchased, so we don't use Paypal's receipt
Update: I successfully paid with my Vietnamese debit card with the Smart Button...
The option I chose is integrated with REST API, maybe with the "WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway" plugin, it uses a different method?
