Yes, Siteground doesn't work with Aliwoo PHP7.1. Their ioncube loader for PHP 7.1 version is not compatible with the plugin. You will have to downgrade to PHP 7.0 using Aliwoo plugin for PHP 5.6 version like @BlindFreddy did above. I learned it the hard way when migrating my site to Siteground...
