Deactivate all plugins expect woocommerce(if you have ) and alidropship plugin and try again. Maybe is conflict with other plugins

Hi , Try this. 1) clean cache (all browser, cache plugin , cdn cache 2)connect to aliexpress 3) uninstall and install again alidropship chrome extension. 4)Connect your site with alidropship chrome extension 5) try to import. P.S is working only in chrome browser on DESKTOP .

If you are new on wordpress go with the original plugin as is more user friendly. If you are expiriense woocomerce user go with the woo plugin as have huge flexibility.
