When I edit the Pic of the product with the new in house editing feature, the product pic disappears once I update the product. Once I have published the product after editing the wording, I am left with a BLACK screen? What am I doing wrong? Thanking you in advance for any help. regards Liz

This is a copy of the new page, I inserted media, but once published it disappears? I saved it and uploaded it here and it came up with this message...The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension. As you can see I am not tech savvy at all. What the heck am I doing wrong.

I will have to go and try inserting again and take shot. The other problem I am having, If I edit a new product pic while importing, the pic goes blank, there is nothing there.
