Abandoned Paypal Payment

I have a problem with paypal payments. Most of the customer paypal payment status is Abandoned. From 10 payments only one payment is successful. It is normal, or any problem with my payment setting.

You should check all the PayPal settings in your admin area:
https://help.alidropship.com/payment-gateways/connecting-paypal-personal-account,
https://help.alidropship.com/payment-gateways/connecting-paypal-business-account.

Then check the settings in PayPal account. Also contact their support to figure the issue out.
