Incoming email from "Contact Us" not deliver to webmail

i wrote a msg from my alidropship website "Contact Us" the email only deliver to my personal yahoo email but not deliver to my alidropship webmail. May i know why and what should i set?

Set in filed Email From mail address whcih belongs to your domain name like this: you domain is myshop.com and you email address should be no-replay@myshop.com, for example.
